In this tasting, we will learn about the different techniques, such as “Metodo Classico”, “Ancestrale” or “Martinottti”, through which the different grape varietals, local traditions, and the producers’ creativity find their best expressions.

These wines are perfect for an aperitive, but they can be amazing with any food. So, sharing this experience while home-cooking with your best friends is highly-recommended… because none is second to Italians when it comes to party hard!

The strong ties Italian farmers have with their own families are strongly reflected in the respect for the land where they grew for generations.

Born from the steep slopes surrounded by glaciers in the Alps, coming from the vines that put their roots on the sides of a volcano, or fermented and aged in terracotta amphoras like in the most ancient times, the wines in this selection represent some of the most unexpected expressions in our country’s production.

The wine experts from our team will lead you by hand and explore the incredible ways winemaking has adapted to the most peculiar, sometimes inhospitable, environments.
